What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ software engineers
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Professional experience working with large-scale distributed systems
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud infrastructure AWS
- Domain experience in advertising
- Familiarity with legal compliance in ads regulation
- Experience writing code in Java, Javascript, and Typescript
