- To manage the RB Process Engineering team according to the ANDRITZ and KRP / RB Strategy, Values and Vision
- Developing & coaching team members
- Support projects execution as senior specialist
- Assign resources from the department for the sales and execution projects as well as development tasks
- Work in close co-operation with all ANDRITZ entities and companies
- Ensure continuous improvement of RB Process Engineering productivity and competitiveness
- Lead process related improvement & development projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Process design or similar)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the process engineering position
- Experience in participating international industrial projects
- Leadership, managerial and communication skills
- Fluency in both Finnish and English languages, other languages are considered as a benefit
- Readiness to travel internationally
- Knowhow of modern engineering tools and systems
- Proficiency in IT skills (MS Office, MS Teams, others)
- Position with high level of flexibility and independence

ANDRITZ Oy is looking for a Manager, Process Engineering, to strengthen our global team in Recovery Boiler Engineering in Recovery and Power –division. You will be responsible for managing Process Engineering team within ANDRITZ facilities during execution phases. You will be leading a group of engineers in several locations and developing the structure of the Process Engineering to meet with demands of current execution model in close co-operation with other engineering disciplines and Technology department. As part of your role you will also participate together with your team in the sales projects by defining technical documentation and cost estimates.
Location of the job is preferably an ANDRITZ Oy office in Varkaus or Kotka, other locations can be negotiated.
