- Collaborate with sales to ensure product manufacturability.
- Manage and develop team performance, attendance, and safety.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years leading engineering teams in a production facility.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and ERP systems (Global Shop a plus).
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Position: Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Hours: Monday through Friday
Salary: $120,000+ annually + Benefits (Direct Hire)

Job Description
The Production Engineering Manager will oversee all manufacturing and production engineering activities, including work order implementation, router creation, and process improvements. This role leads a team of engineers and planners, driving efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
