Job Description
- Req#: REF178578N
- Determination of the quality assurance strategy for the product.
- Securing the adequate use (right effect) of quality methods and processes in product development.
- Generating and regular updating of the product-related quality forecast (quality preview) with risk assessment and initiating measures and reviewing their efficiency inline with QA Plan.
- Independent evaluation of product/process maturity (Reviews, Audits, Project Quality Status Reporting, Pre-delivery Checks, Work Product Audits…)
- Early escalation of Quality risks/concerns to the Q-Organization and key stakeholders
- Comparing the Q-objectives for products/projects inline with Org-objectives and reporting to the Management of the product/project and QA head.
- Generating the quality report based on the defined quality objectives and KPI.
- Driving continuous improvement activities towards quality mindset and quality of work products in the project ( CAR/8D/PDCA/QIP/DRP…)
- Collaborate with the Component QA team in line with the System QA strategy.
- Should have completed [RBEI-QM-ORGRBT006] Engineering Product Quality (EPQ)-B
- Prior domain experience in handling Bosch / Non-Bosch Projects
- Should have played the part time/full time EPQ role for Development/Managed Service Project
- Should have worked in a Project of Category C/D over the Release cycle
- Knowledge of CDQ, Process reference models (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI, ISO)
- Systematic Problem Solving and 8D
- Quality assurance knowledge of tools and methodologies ( BES-PE, QFD..)
- Certifications desired- Six Sigma, SEP-A, IATF 16949, Functional Safety, FMEA, Agile, QG Moderation

Total 5 to 6 years of industry experience with 2 years in the domain of Quality
