What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of engineering projects, including business development, project oversight, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new project opportunities
- Ensure compliance with engineering and construction codes, company policies, and client invoicing deadlines
- Visit project sites to monitor activities and support project needs
- Collaborate with project partners to ensure successful execution of projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 8+ years of relevant project management experience
- Ability to acquire knowledge of program-specific laws, policies, and procedures quickly
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification(s)
- Experience with NQA-1 standards
- Previous experience with DOE Nuclear projects
- Current or former U.S. security clearance
