- Identify and eliminate defects, develop maintenance routines, and calibrate instruments
- Assist in plant design, modification, and hazard analysis
- Provide technical support, training, and apprentice development
- Implement HSEQ standards and environmental safeguards
- Manage SAP data, coordinate with contractors, and procure materials
- Participate in performance management and report safety incidents
- Support reliability improvements and ensure efficient operations
- Relevant apprenticeship or HNC with 3+ years hands-on experience
- In-depth knowledge of engineering systems and COMAH site requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and problem-solving techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to HSEQ standards and continuous improvement

- Up to 31.5 days annual holiday.
- 37.5 working hours per week Mon – Fri
- 3.5 rota days off over Christmas + hours bank of 41 hours to use throughout the year for occasional time off.
