- Set up and operate semiconductor packaging and assembly machines.
- Use microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and other precision equipment.
- Collect and transform data into meaningful information.
- Perform basic arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric calculations.
- Communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Use computers and be familiar with word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Perform physical requirements such as standing or sitting for extended periods, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, and moving about the plant.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and handle small parts or tools.
- Experience in wire bonding, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating and setting up wire bonding equipment, specifically K&S, ICONN, and Hesse brands.
- Minor programming skills to meet specifications.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
- Training provided by engineering for 1 month.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating machinery and will be adept at using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges. This role requires the ability to collect data and transform it into meaningful information using basic arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric calculations. Work Environment
The work schedule is based on the 1st shift, offering a supportive environment with 10 paid holidays and 5 days of accrued PTO. Initially, this is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity for extension or conversion to full-time. The role involves exciting opportunities as the company diversifies into the chip-making industry.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.37 - $26.71/hr.
