- Conduct functional testing of intermediate and finished goods kits according to approved SOPs
- Document accurate test results using Excel spreadsheets and workbooks
- Maintain lot histories and evaluate test data for trends and discrepancies
- Independently revise and update SOPs and/or worksheets
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the QC Laboratory space.
- Minimum BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Bioscience or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience, preferably in the medical diagnostics industry
- Strong laboratory skills, including pipetting, safety, and hazardous chemical handling
- Understanding of cGMP and its application in the work environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Clear and concise documentation skills
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work independently

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $60,000.00–$75,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
