- 10 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline) equivalent to 1 year of college; such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of commissioning.
- Must have advanced current knowledge of five (5) specialties listed below as well as relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes
The Engineering / Maintenance Tech investigates building systems and documents operational data.
The Engineering / Maintenance Tech prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.

Salary Range: Minimum $26.12 per hour - Maximum $ 43.11 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
