Job Description

- Handle exceptions and resolve stock and system issues following the latest work instructions.
- Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with warehouses and stakeholders to support daily operations.
- Investigate and resolve issues with shipments, providing effective solutions.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Generate and manage weekly/monthly reports for regional stakeholders.
- Address escalated issues with root cause analysis and action plans.
- Create and manage customer orders and labels in the DHL system.
- Communicate with customer teams regarding stock availability and updates.
- Availability for shifts from 14:00 to 22:30.
- Fluent in English.
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in customer service/ international logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong teamwork and customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cafeteria HUF 500.000/year
