      The job

      You will be in charge of promoting and selling airline services, manage reservations and ticketing, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

      • Proactively promote and sell routes, fares, and services by telephone, email, face-to-face, and other communication channels
      • Create reservations, and arrange ticketing and fare collection as directed
      • Rebook tickets, execute the necessary changes as required and resolve booking problems
      • Sell ancillaries including merchandise, seats, pet in cabin, gift vouchers, UMNR, and Business Class Upgrades that might be applicable
      • Quote, book, support and handle ministerial and presidential bookings
      • Daily reconciliation of credit cards, cash, and invoices including paperwork sent to accounting/banking sections
      • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

      Your qualifications

      You speak and write English fluently (C1-C2). Any additional languages will be considered a plus.

      Experience in airline sales and services.

      You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

      • Skilled user of MS Office packages & any GDS System

      Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.

      Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
