What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review technical letters, white papers, and design documents for electric plant in propulsion plant
- Support in the review of statement of work, concept operation, schedule, process guidance, budgeting, and schematic engineering drawings
- Provide training and guidance to new engineers in developing procedures and manuals
- Participate in discussions with customers, vendors, Navy, construction, and other organizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience on Navy Propulsion Electric plant shipboard
- ABET Engineering degree required
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in engineering disciplines such as electronics, electrical, mechanical, or chemical
- Familiarity with NAVSEA/NNL regulations and standards
