!*!Responsible for providing technical support/ development of Assembly Sustaining Engineering. Improves manufacturing techniques, introduces new process/ equipment/ fixtures to production. Continually makes incremental, measurable improvement in the process. Interfaces with production and other engineering & support groups including design, product and manufacturing to ensure the most efficient processing techniques. Solves process-related problems, writes process specifications and procedures. Improves process control. Performs other related job function as required.
!*!● Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on disciplines such as ChE, ECE, ME or EE
● Previous work experience within a semiconductor company or any electronics manufacturing company is preferred.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, and the candidate should be capable of thriving in a self-directed work environment.
● The candidate should be willing to collaborate effectively with other manufacturing personnel, including machine operators, maintenance technicians, and peer engineers. The ability to coordinate and work harmoniously with co-workers is a must.
● Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE).
● Analytical Skills: The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities to identify areas for process improvement, troubleshoot issues, and optimize manufacturing processes.
● Process Optimization: A track record of successfully optimizing processes to improve yield, reduce defects, and enhance overall product quality would be beneficial.
