      KHS reasonably expects to pay starting compensation for the position of Enhanced Care Management Senior Support Clerk in the range of $16.05 – $21.02 hourly.

      Job Summary

      This position reports to the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Supervisor/Manager. This position provides support to the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Program by performing a variety of administrative support functions. This primarily includes clerical duties and may include outreach and engagement activities to our eligible and enrolled ECM members and ECM Program Provider sites.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use computer programs efficiently including Microsoft Office.
      • A willingness to work effectively in a team.
      • Provide member resources such as customer service related to the ECM.
      • Perform Outreach Specialist duties when needed.
      • Process vendor invoices for payment as needed.
      • Coordinate the member incentive program between ECM staff, other KHS departments and outside vendors.
      • Responsible for sending out such items as welcome letters, marketing materials, and follow-up letters to eligible ECM members.
      • Process returned mail.
      • Completes calls related to member satisfaction as directed by management.
      • Coordinate department meetings including arranging the location, disseminating the agenda and invitations, ordering meals if appropriate, attending the meeting, and creating and disseminating the meeting minutes.
      • Operates a variety of office machines such as, copier, facsimile, scanner, and multiple- line telephone systems.
      • Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports.
      • Complete testing and validation for new projects and processes.
      • Organizes and maintains departmental files, records.
      • Maintains marketing materials inventory.
      • Utilizes computer for detailed data entry.
      • Assist with ordering and tracking of gift cards.
      • Update the National Gift Card budget file.
      • Assist with ordering office supplies as needed.

      Other Functions:

      • Assists management staff and other co-workers in completing special projects, as assigned.
      • Performs other job-related duties as required.
      • Adheres to all company policies and procedures relative to employment and job responsibilities.
      • Regular Predictable Attendance

      Employment Standards:

      Education : High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.

      AND

      Experience: One (1) or more years of recent experience in the health care field or an office setting with a high degree of problem solving, multi-tasking, and decision making required. Strong telephone and communication skills required.

      Certifications: BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire or transfer.

      Knowledge of: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computerized on-line data entry systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Products or its equivalence. Must be highly motivated, organized, and flexible, and possess good time management skills. Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in data entry and report content.

      Other: Possession of valid driver’s license and proof of State required auto liability insurance. Required Travel Up to 20%.
