      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full-service application assistance for uninsured individuals, including screening for program eligibility and completing applications for Covered California and Medi-Cal
      - Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to assist potential Members in applying for health programs
      - Ensure timely follow-up on submitted applications to confirm processing and eligibility decisions
      - Assist in outreach efforts to auto-enrolled Covered California Members to facilitate their membership
      - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in in-house sales, outbound sales, high-volume telemarketing, customer service in a high-call-volume environment, or outreach and enrollment
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Required certification/license from Covered California to conduct applications, to be obtained within six (6) months of hire
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a passing score on a language proficiency assessment
      - Valid California Driver's License preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Medi-Cal and/or Covered California eligibility requirements
      - Expert understanding of state health programs and the enrollment process
      - Skilled in data entry and customer service etiquette
      - Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends as needed
