What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as primary contact for enrollment tasks for assigned book of business
- Answer incoming phone calls from members, providers, and group customers
- Maintain enrollment data in applicable systems based on customer requests
- Review error reports, analyze enrollment data, and correct system discrepancies
- Resolve customer inquiries related to enrollment and eligibility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience helping customers resolve matters
- Proficiency with computer applications and Windows PC
- Ability to adhere to set work shift schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in enrollment/eligibility for employer offered benefits
- 1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry
