      HealthHarmonie, a national leader in community outpatient services, is seeking experienced ENT Nurse Specialists to join our dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to triage referrals and collaborate with ENT Consultants to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care in a community setting.

      By joining HealthHarmonie, you'll play a key role in reducing patient waiting times while contributing to a more efficient and accessible healthcare system.

      Predominantly based in the Midlands and South West, with opportunities as we expand services nationally.

      Main duties of the job

      • Assess and prioritise patient referrals to optimise care delivery.
      • Provide clinical support during consultations, including diagnostics and patient management.
      • Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical governance.
      • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
