What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and communicate the vision and strategy for assigned products
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product roadmap
- Define product requirements based on customer insights and market analysis
- Own the creation of the product’s business case and P&L statement
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on strategy for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of Technical Product Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- 3+ years experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in bringing technical products to market
- Proven track record in managing P&L for products
- Skills in creating marketing materials and conducting competitive analysis
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Familiarity with metrics tracking and customer feedback processes
