      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and lead the execution of the vision and strategy for assigned products
      - Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on product roadmaps
      - Define product requirements based on customer insights and market analysis
      - Own the product’s business case and P&L statement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
      - Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions and improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of 7 years of Technical Product Management experience
      - 5+ years of people management experience, including performance management and coaching
      - 3+ years of experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the InsuranceTech or Collision Repair Industry
      - Proven track record of bringing technical products to market and creating marketing materials
      - Familiarity with continuous measurement of product performance and customer feedback
      - Skills in innovating new concepts that lead to product adoption
      - Ability to manage P&L for products effectively
