What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, translate, refactor, and code software programs and applications according to specifications provided by Solution Architects
- Collaborate with CloudOps and other Software Development Engineers to resolve complex problems within a SaaS platform
- Participate in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and review sessions using Scrum and Agile methodology
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test libraries to ensure the release of quality software
- Lead design and code reviews and mentor less experienced engineers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or a Graduation Certificate from a Technology/Coding bootcamp
- 5+ years of professional experience in application design and development at an enterprise level
- 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages including Java
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams or software architecture and design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience creating and consuming Restful APIs
- Experience developing software in a SaaS environment using CI/CD and DevOps methodology
- Experience in programming languages such as NodeJS, Spring, and Typescript
- 3+ years of experience in front-end technologies and frameworks, including Angular
- Demonstrated ability to keep current on technology trends
