What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in tactical initiatives such as designing, developing, and reviewing code while contributing to strategic visioning
- Be involved in the full application lifecycle, innovating at each step from design to maintenance
- Design APIs and collaborate with teams to build integrations
- Develop complete application slices from the user interface to the data store
- Share responsibility for occasional after-hours on-call support of production-level systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of professional experience in application development at an enterprise level, or 5+ years of experience with a coding bootcamp certificate
- 2+ years of experience with SQL or NoSQL database structures and migration scripts
- 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Java
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with front-end technologies, including Angular
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and development practices
- Previous involvement in design and code reviews
