What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop roadmap and backlog for Enterprise AI applications in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Prioritize feature requests based on strategic fit, business value, complexity, and resource availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Lead initiatives to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership regularly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum five years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role
- Experience leading agile teams
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Data Science
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven ability to lead through influence rather than authority
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
