Develop and maintain scalable and secure enterprise architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Define enterprise-level technology strategies, roadmaps, and reference architectures.

Create models and documentation to communicate architectural solutions and their impact.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality architecture.

Lead system integration efforts across the organization’s business units.

Assess existing technology environments and recommend solutions for improvement.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance requirements are met across enterprise systems.
-
Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and security strategies across architectural designs.

Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to other architects.

Provide technical training to members of the Information Technology department.

Stay current with emerging technology trends and propose adoption when aligned with business needs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with Enterprise Architecture best practices and frameworks, including the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of software solutions and/or infrastructure implementations and upgrades.

Work with IT leadership to build a common vision and architecture.

Demonstrated ability to execute enterprise-wide projects that tie technical requirements to business needs.

Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with immediate operational needs.

Demonstrated experience leading architectural governance processes.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in a variety of software, hardware, network, and cloud-based platforms.

Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to work cooperatively with business and IT leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.

Be accountable and respond when reached out to for assistance during and outside of typical work hours.
Acuity is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the design and development of the organization’s IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies. This role sets the architectural vision, creates high-level specifications, and establishes technical standards to maintain the integrity of all IT projects. The Enterprise Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams, including security, server engineering, and other architects, to define and execute the technical roadmap. This role stays current with emerging technologies and applies this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement across all IT systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role with a proven track record of successful architectural leadership.

This job is classified as exempt.
The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $269,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
