Job Description

- Integrate the platform with various source system data sources using JDBC drivers, Rest APIs, ERP/CRM Integrator, etc.
- Develop and maintain the metamodel, community/domain structure, and define roles/responsibilities & user privileges to ensure effective data governance.
- Design and create intuitive dashboards, views, and data lineage diagrams in the platform to provide meaningful insights and enhance data understanding.
- Customize and develop workflows to automate data governance processes and ensure compliance and manage policies.
- Implement data quality rules
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related business or quantitative discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a EDM Developer (like Collibra) with a strong understanding of data governance principles.
- Knowledge in Asset Modelling, organization structure, operating models (roles/responsibilities & user privileges), dashboards, views, data lineage diagrams, data cataloguing, data dictionaries, and business glossaries.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate the EDM platform with various data sources, like SAP, SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, etc.
- Knowledge in workflow development, including creation of custom role-based workflows and automation of data governance processes.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Python scripts for data manipulation and integration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the software development life cycle, including architecture, design, and development.
- Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals
- Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proven track-record of strong customer communications including feedback gathering, execution updates, and troubleshooting.
- US Citizenship is mandatory
- Relevant technology and/or data management certifications
- Hands-on experience with an EDM Platform like Collibra
- Integration experience with SAP and SQL
