What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for remote connectivity solutions
- Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery and performance
- Present product strategy and performance insights to executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers for high-performing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 3+ years in product management or product ownership preferred
- Strong understanding of remote access technologies and enterprise IT environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Product Owner, CCNP, or CWNP (a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance tools (e.g., UXI, Dynatrace, ThousandEyes)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
- Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA) in technology environments
