- Develop multi-channel marketing content that increases awareness of and demand for enterprise portfolio solutions.
- Support sales by developing audience- and channel-specific content for various stages of the sales cycle.
- Develop thought-leadership content based on industry trends and strategic business priorities.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to develop white papers, case studies, articles and videos.
- Support public relations-related initiatives and events.
- Work collaboratively with U.S. and Global colleagues to develop value propositions and support assets on disease state, clinical pathway and other cross-portfolio solution sets.
- Measure and monitor campaign success against defined goals and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing.
- Public Relations experience a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, particularly in simplifying complex topics and defining compelling value propositions.
- Strong operational and business acumen.
- Proven results in working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting all deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Collaborates effectively to deliver results.
- Ability to work well in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience in collaborating globally; managing global projects with international counterparts.
Enterprise Marketing Communications Manager
The Enterprise Marketing Communications Manager develops go-to-market content that positions Siemens Healthineers as a thought leader and “partner of choice” among the nation’s leading healthcare organizations and other growing market segments.The individual must have a strong understanding of the economics and dynamics of the U.S. healthcare market to effectively develop marketing content that successfully promotes the value of our comprehensive medical technology and services portfolio to executive-level audiences and other key decision makers.
Responsibilities include supporting the development and launch of multi-channel, segmented marketing campaigns; developing compelling audience- and channel-relevant messaging and materials; supporting public relations-related initiatives and events; creating sales-enablement assets and tools that generate awareness of and demand for relevant portfolio offerings; and measuring overall campaign success against defined goals.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional marketing, communication and writing skills, especially in developing cross-portfolio value propositions and campaigns that resonate with executive-level audiences. The candidate must have the ability to navigate and work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization. This senior-level individual contributor reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing.
