      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate end-to-end Issues Management processes and ensure compliance with policy/procedure requirements
      - Manage interactions with external regulators and auditors
      - Provide governance and oversight for issue remediation and corrective action
      - Lead Issues calls with internal and external stakeholders
      - Create action plans with milestone timelines for timely remediation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6 years of relevant work experience
      - Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level communications
      - Strong presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
      - Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Social Science, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expert knowledge of model risk regulatory guidance
      - Experience with stakeholder management and regulatory interactions
      - Expertise creating executive presentations for management committees
      - Experience with management committee organization
      - Design and strategic implementation of model risk management policies and procedures
