- Collaborate with HR leaders, business executives, and IT teams to define the HCM solution strategy that supports talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and other critical HR functions.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise-level HCM architecture blueprint, encompassing data models, application interfaces, integration points, and security standards. Ensure that the architecture aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate HCM software, platforms, and tools available in the market. Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best-fit solutions that meet the organization's specific HCM requirements.
- Design and oversee the integration of various HCM systems to establish a unified HR ecosystem. Implement data synchronization strategies to enable seamless data flow between HCM applications and other enterprise systems.
- Integrate robust security measures and data privacy protocols into the HCM architecture to safeguard sensitive HR information. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to develop change management strategies for HCM initiatives. Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive user acceptance and adoption of new HCM technologies.
- Establish data governance practices to maintain data integrity and consistency across HCM systems. Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and reliable HR data.
- Engage with HCM vendors to understand product roadmaps, negotiate contracts, and assess vendor capabilities. Foster strong vendor partnerships to drive innovation and value.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations in the HCM space. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on HR processes and employee experiences.
- Monitor the performance of the HCM architecture and gather feedback from stakeholders. Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience
- Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
- Demonstrates leadership, ethical behavior and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR Management or related field
- 15+ years of Human Resource experience
- Experience in core HR, recruiting, hiring & on-boarding, compensation, performance management, succession planning, security, compliance, leave management, and benefits
- Expertise with HRMS systems and modules focused on Oracle Fusion/EBS or equivalent
- Experience with Technology Evaluation
- Lean and continuous improvement mindset and focus on streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies, and optimizing resources
- Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred.
- Transitioned from HR Business role to HR IT in managing and leading implementations
- Solution Architecture experience in HRMS Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities
The Enterprise-Level Platform Owner for Human Capital Management (HCM) is responsible for designing and implementing HCM solutions that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This position involves collaborating with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, business executives, and IT teams (Architecture, Security, Platforms and Infrastructure etc.) to ensure that the HCM architecture supports the organization's talent management and workforce optimization goals. The role will provide thought leadership in HCM technology and best practices to drive effective HR processes and enhance employee experiences. The role will also be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and integrating HCM software and platforms to enable seamless data flow and a unified HR ecosystem.
