What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, plan, and schedule project meetings, workshops, and client visits
- Document meeting notes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items
- Assist in developing and distributing project status reports and other deliverables
- Maintain and track project action items, issues, risks, and documentation
- Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a State HHS Agency within a Project Management Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI
- Experience in consulting, particularly with government agencies or Medicaid projects
- Familiarity with quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills
