Develop innovative and creative solutions that meet existing market needs, increase the value of current products and/or introduce new product/service opportunities. Utilize trends, developments in the market place and quantitative and qualitative insights to shape product and service offerings. Manage the development/enhancement of products and programs including research, analysis, proposals, testing and product introduction.
Work with the product team to convert high-level priorities into product backlog for a broadly defined product or a huge product with multiple requirements areas. Create acceptance criteria for user stories in the backlog. Groom the product backlog with the product development team that results in detailed user stories that may include some or all of the following supplemental information: business process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams.
Oversee and evaluate progress against targeted goals and make adjustments to attain assigned objectives.
Collaborate with all areas impacting the enterprise product to define product and feature specifications, working with design & user experience (UX) teams to develop prototypes utilizing insights from usability testing and user research as necessary.
Lead monthly stakeholder meetings and executive presentations as well as detailed roll-out communication plans for significant product features to ensure all areas of the business are familiar with the enterprise product so that a high-level of service can be provided to agents and members.
Identify new online product opportunities and maintain enterprise product roadmaps.
Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and resources in the development of products.
Other tasks as assigned.
Well versed in product management, product development, Agile product owner or related experience for enterprise products or programs preferred.
Experience with Insurance products and operations highly desired.
Experience leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research preferred.
Ability to convert high-level priorities into product backlog.
Experience creating acceptance criteria for user stories.
Experience working on an Agile team
Ability to create business process flows, data flows, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams.
Experience facilitating brainstorming/planning sessions.
Four-year college degree in marketing, MS&IS, business, management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
Demonstrated experience managing KPIs for enterprise products required.
Budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning experience required.
Clear understanding of user interface (UI) and the basic principles and design qualities that have been shown to make web applications easier to use
Excellent communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written, including authorship of product-related documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, and senior executives.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various products at different stages of development.
Enterprise Product OwnerThe Enterprise Product Owner position is responsible for supporting the product vision and high-level priorities and communicating the product vision, strategy and direction to the product development team. This position requires a high degree of skill in converting business priorities into product backlog and user stories in order to ensure developing the right product for our agents to support our members, aligning with business goals and objectives.
The position is a great collaborator and a fast self-learner with great problem solving and troubleshooting skills, possesses the ability to communicate and collaborate on requirements, and takes complex problems and redefines them, re-scopes them, and transforms them into simple solutions.What you will do:

The starting pay range for this position is:
$126,300.00 - $168,400.00Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
