What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement an implementation strategy focused on delivering business-based outcomes for public sector clients
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies
- Create and manage custom implementation timelines and project plans, ensuring on-time delivery
- Stay current on industry trends and customer needs to build meaningful relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional service and proactive communication to support client success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience managing implementations, Gantt project schedules, and risk management
- 5+ years of experience working in the public sector or with federal agencies
- Proven track record of servicing large, complex organizations with web and mobile applications
- Experience in onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients in software services
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for project management

- Experience with cloud-based construction management software
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and design workshops
- Familiarity with change management strategies and best practices
- Proven empathy for customers and ability to build trust with stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
