- Identify, create and establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
- Work with teams to identify and develop process improvements.
- Audit documentation to ensure compliance with IDEXX processes and ISO standards, if applicable.
- Assist in developing training requirements, training new enhancements and conduct training sessions as necessary.
- Leadership skills such as influencing without authority to achieve company goals and objectives.
- You will coordinate multiple projects and programs to support business objectives and assist project managers in the coordination and completion of projects.
- You may coach team members to help develop their skills.
- You may monitor day to day operation.
- You will keep an eye on team performance and keep management updated.
- You will create, review, and/or maintain project plans, timelines, databases and other supporting tools to track and report progress of key deliverables.
- You will identify, schedule and coordinate project and program meetings, deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
- You will track progress vs. plan, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- You will create reports; maintain and update data; and create and maintain process documentation as needed for each project. Update and maintain internal systems as needed.
- You will create and establish project tracking metrics and reporting to ensure timely and on budget completion.
- You will prepare reports for management and staff. May present reports to management and staff.
- You will confer with various cross functional staff to outline tasks in the work plan.
- You will communicate project progress via reports, routine updates and business meetings.
- You will communicate project results which may include new reports and/or processes for the business.
- You will work closely with the management team and the functional leaders to analyze, report, and drive the critical projects, plans, events and action items through to completion.
- You will provide key support in coordinating and/or executing planned events, programs, field travel, etc.
- You may assist and/or lead smaller, basic projects and/or programs.
- You would utilize a wide array of programs to plan and strategize your customer projects and support the needs of your internal partners in delivering elements of the project to our customers.
- You would be seen as a trusted adviser.
- You would be accountable for managing your schedule based on the unique attributes and needs of your customers, while also keeping a focus on your own professional development and growth
- You will have experience using a combination of telephone, email, Salesforce (CRM), Teamwork (project management app) and other SaaS solutions to ensure a high-quality experience with the training and installation scheduling of VSS purchases.
- You will have experience with maintaining open and productive relationships with cross functional (IDEXX) groups to create an environment of trust and accountability.
- You will have experience acting responsibly to manage customer contracts and expectations.
- You will have experience in reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness, validate billing and system configuration.
- You will have experience monitoring the scheduling calendar and maintains a steady workflow for Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers. Anticipate issues, identify potential problems, and work quickly to coordinate needed training and resources.
- You will possess expert communication throughout projects and issue resolution will be required.
- Proactively reports customer feedback to help support customer satisfaction and process improvement ideas.
- You will have experience in participating in process improvement and other projects to improve overall customer experience and other initiatives.
As a Veterinary Software Enterprise Project Manager, you would be responsible for orchestrating an exceptional customer onboarding experience for veterinary practices bringing one or more IDEXX software solutions into their practice. You would partner with Sales Professionals, Customer Success Managers, and Product Specialists in design and execution of a customer centric implementation plan designed to guide the customer from agreement to first value delivery.
