      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for providing overall support in the daily responsibilities of the aligned Enterprise Relationship Specialists (ERS), driving cross line of business partnership and collaborating between advisors and relationship managers. Key responsibilities including vetting, processing, and maintaining referrals. Job expectations include daily interactions with advisors, bankers, line of business market executives, and Local Market Organization (LMO) leadership.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manages referral vetting, processing, and pipeline maintenance, as well as referral assignments
      • Accesses various systems for referral vetting, processing, and pipeline maintenance, including PMAC, Tableau, Salesforce, Interact, CES, and others
      • Interacts daily with advisors, bankers, line of business market executives, and LMO leadership in a matrixed environment across multiple markets to drive cross line of business referral opportunities
      • Leads and participates in calls, meetings, and written correspondence with advisors, bankers, and potentially clients, which requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
      • Provides back up support to the Enterprise Relationship Specialists when necessary
      • Delivers overall support in the daily functions and responsibilities of multiple aligned Enterprise Relationship Specialists

      Required Qualifications:

      5+ years experience in banking, finance or wealth management

      Desired:

      Series 7 and 66. Will be required to attain within 120 days.

      Bachelor's degree

      Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
