      Job Description:

      Enterprise Relationship Specialist (ERS) is responsible for facilitating, managing, and originating client/prospect opportunities across a Line of Business (LOB), connecting the Global Commercial Bank, Investment Bank, and Global Wealth Management teams to deliver the full suite of enterprise products and services. Key responsibilities include having an extensive knowledge and understanding of these LOBs and their offerings to cultivate relationships and build target strategies to grow market share. . The ERS will also be a critical member of their respective Market President team(s) to drive business integration results in their respective market, including routines with Market Presidents, Market Integration Executives, Consumer Leads, and LMO Market Executives/Managers. The ERS works closely with LOB leadership and the Market President team to deliver results for multiple Business Integration flows.

      Responsibilities:

      This job is responsible for facilitating, managing, and originating client/prospect opportunities across a Line of Business (LOB), connecting the Global Commercial Bank, Investment Bank, and Global Wealth Management teams to deliver the full suite of enterprise products and services. Key responsibilities include having an extensive knowledge and understanding of these LOBs and their offerings to cultivate relationships and build target strategies to grow market share.

      • Maintains a deep understanding and knowledge of the products and offerings for Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management Line of Business (LOB) platforms
      • Develops and executes sales strategies, pipeline routines, and reporting for specific LOBs and presents results and the local market's scorecard to senior leadership
      • Oversees the referral process and systems related to the Commercial, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management LOBs
      • Manages client interactions, represents the bank, and recommends the best course of action for clients while abiding to all regulatory requirements
      • Cultivates internal and external relationships with leadership, advisors, relationship managers, and clients/prospects

      Desired Skills:

      • Series 7 & 66 Licensed (will have to get their licensing if not already licensed)
      • Previous background in either commercial banking or wealth management
