      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis
      - Collaborate with businesses to understand information needs and deliver necessary documents
      - Drive adoption of ERP standard processes to reduce customizations and costs
      - Ensure business requirements are met and create process procedures for impacted areas
      - Troubleshoot application performance and manage development and configuration environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Management Information Systems
      - 6-8 years of implementation experience as a Senior SAP FS-CD/FICO Consultant
      - Experience with SAP implementations in the Insurance industry
      - Knowledge of process implementation and optimization
      - Experience with integrating FSCD with SAP FI-CO and other modules
      - Ability to gather and document business functionality requirements
      - Experience in application design and testing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in relevant field
