What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for all ERP Systems software, including Workday
- Develop reports and utility applications as required, modifying existing software and configuring new systems
- Demonstrate knowledge of ERP applications and their interrelation with other organizational systems
- Utilize ERP tools and applications to optimize processing, data manipulation, and integrations
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes, procedures, and outcomes using advanced technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field
- High School Diploma or GED plus five (5) years of relevant IT experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) years of experience in development, report writing, or related information technology field
- Two (2) years of technical ERP and Workday experience
- Experience with data structures and reporting in analytical systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday certification in designated functionality module(s)
- Additional experience with PowerBI or Epic reporting systems
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with ERP applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams
