Job Description
- Req#: 31233
- Receives and logs loan package requests from investors and MI partners.
- Review loan package documentation for completeness and stack file documents in the requested order.
- Submit audit requests electronically to the specific Agency and Investor.
- Follows up on missing document notifications.
- Meet all deadlines for file requests.
- Performs, on an expedited basis, re-verification requests for the Mortgage Investigation Team and Quality Control Team.
- Communicate potential repurchase demands to the Risk Management team.
- Provides administrative support for the Risk Management Department.
- Complete timely updates on Operational Incidents.
- Prepare reporting and meeting notes for Operational Risk Team.
- Review and update pay histories for Challenged Inventory Loans.
- Assist Strategic Asset Management with conditions for scratch & dent sale.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
- Required Knowledge and Skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of all types of Income, Employment, and Assets documentation

As the The Enterprise Risk Support Specialist supports all Enterprise Risk teams by performing various tasks. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
