What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market DTC and online retail brands, from outreach to contract execution and onboarding
- Prospect, qualify, and prioritize accounts that align with the employer’s commerce media solution
- Position the employer’s post-transaction product as a new revenue stream with no impact on conversion
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and communicate effectively about performance and user experience KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth launches and early wins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital media, AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce enablement
- Proven track record of closing deals with mid-market brands, comfortable driving 6-figure contracts
- Deep understanding of the online retail ecosystem and the challenges DTC brands face
- Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales enablement tools, and data-driven selling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Shopify
- Passion for retail innovation and digital commerce
- Ability to build consultative, value-based proposals for Heads of Marketing, eCommerce, or Growth
