      Do you thrive in a self-driven environment? If so, our Enterprise Services department is seeking an Analyst to champion the Vendor Management program at Modern Woodmen. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Services Manager to guide internal departments and project leaders through the vendor selection process.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead project teams through the vendor selection process including eliciting business and technical requirements and creating and administering the Requests for Information/Proposals.
      • Coordinate and facilitate communication with potential vendors and project teams as well as coordinating vendor demonstrations, including any on-site visits.
      • Assist managers and project leaders with the various phases of risk assessment of vendors ensuring adherence to the policy.
      • Provide guidance to others on the vendor management processes.
      • Assist in preparing quarterly reports for the Risk Committee of the Board.
      • Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows within the department.
      • Assist with unclaimed property and with maintaining department portal site.

      What we need:

      • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education plus work experience.
      • Promote a positive and professional image and develop productive relationships.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
      • Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner and be a productive member of the team.
      • Be firm, yet flexible to meet stakeholder demands, as well as being personable.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and SharePoint.

      What we offer:

      • Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $24.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
      • Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in the office and the remaining days each week working from hom Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
