Performs data entry
Performs quality control of data entered by peers (detecting, communicating & correcting errors as needed)
Runs and reviews reports
Performs quality control of reports reviewed by peers (detecting, communicating and/or correcting errors as needed)
Completes archiving activities including, but not limited to, filing of documentation
Performs document reconciliation
Supports document management tasks, including creation, editing, formatting, sorting, etc. documents (via MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word and or PDFs)
Supports creation of and management of Sharepoint folders and manages documents and content within those Sharepoints
Manages/triages work system requests
Supports positive and inclusive culture
Performs additional quality control checks as needed
Participate in ad hoc activities as required by management
Proactively communicates with team members to share project status, risk assessment and outstanding item resolution status
Supports training and mentoring
Maintains established productivity and quality standards
Any other tasks deemed appropriate
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Basic Computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Office – Word/Excel/Outlook
Ability to commute onsite 5 days/week (M-F)
Experience working with sensitive/confidential documents, preferred
Proven work experience preferred
Must have written and verbal English skills
Demonstrated ability to manage different deliverables at the same time (ie., multitasking, organizational skills)

Job Description
Our company is building a Shared Service Center in the heart of Philadelphia and seeking passionate, detail orientated individuals to join our Enterprise Shared Service Center. This position includes paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Overview:
The eSSC Associate Specialist is responsible for activities pertaining to assigned services in accordance with departmental guidelines, and in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry guidelines.
