      The Opportunity

      We’re looking for a Enterprise Strategist to join our team in the UK. The EMEA Enterprise Strategist will guide Executive discussions with blue chip companies on transformation via executive workshops, writing, conference speaking, and facilitating boardroom discussions. As part of our Global Enterprise Transformation team, you will conduct research, interview stakeholders, conduct high-polish exec experience workshops, build business cases, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and operational excellence for our clients. Executive engagement is authentically focused on the clients’ journey but in service to sales of our analyst lauded and industry leading SaaS platform. This position offers exposure to diverse industries across Europe, including FTSE and DAX 100 clients, and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.


      What You'll Do

      • Conduct high-polish executive workshops that harness the expertise across Planview into cohesive and impactful events for new and prospective clients
      • Conduct small (~4 week) strategy engagements to guide clients on transformation
      • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and transformation roadmap plans to clients
      • Develop CFO quality business cases to support decision-making
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement internal strategic initiatives for the growth of Planview in EMEA
      • Develop points of view that combine industry best practices, emerging trends, innovative strategies, and our company capabilities to continuously enhance our perspective and relevance for clients

      What You'll Bring

      • 7+ years of experience in a similar role. Examples would include top-tier management consulting firm, strategy group of a top-tier Global Systems Integrator, or as an Enterprise Executive that has led the transformation of a business that will resonate with Fortune 500 Europe executives
      • Exceptional technical visualization skills using PowerPoint, physical whiteboards, virtual whiteboards, and excel
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
      • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
      • Strong business acumen and a passion for understanding and solving complex business challenges
      • Willingness to travel regionally, as required, within a mix of virtual and in-person events
      • Master’s degree preference or equivalent executive experience in business, economics, finance, informatics, technology
