Covering development and production calls for agenda setting, real-time notes, recaps and next steps
Management of data and tracking for unscripted development grid and overall project file system
Management of unscripted film/TV VP’s calendar and general administration support for the unscripted and acquisitions team including scheduling and expenses (NYC + LA based)
Sourcing and tracking of short film links and information for the acquisitions team
Support of acquisitions team during award season on all campaign efforts
Supporting research and booking needs for new projects, as well as archival research both within and outside of the Conde Nast system
Tracking industry talent and creation of potential talent lists for new projects
Supporting creation of pitch decks, sizzles and other pitch materials for all film/tv projects
Tracking and reading of new material from all major Conde Nast publications and support on rights information and recommendations as needed
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time while working under tight deadlines with limited resources
Detail-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to changing and shifting requirements quickly
Passion for trying new things, and ability to quickly provide alternative solutions/ideas
Serious interest in unscripted content and basic knowledge of the development and production process
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in the Google G-Suite, Airtable, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat software

The Development + Production Associate, Unscripted Film/TV will work closely with the VP of Unscripted Film/TV, along with the unscripted team, to manage a slate of over 60 unscripted projects across the entire Conde Nast portfolio of brands. Responsibilities for the role include covering development and production calls, taking notes, data and file management, tracking network/studio wants, competitive development and industry talent, project and archival research, and general office administration, including schedule management and expenses.

Salary is also commensurate with experience.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $60,000-$65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
