- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,500 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple Travel, Meetings & Events is a global organization that is responsible for the strategic and operational excellence of all travel and event related activities for all divisions within the company. As a key pillar within Finance at Apple, we ensure supplier coverage, logistical oversight, data analytics and technology platforms and offer best-in-class travel services. We are searching for an individual to support our growing Entertainment Travel division which strategically manages travel for our TV, Film, Music and other Entertainment divisions within Apple. Reporting to the Entertainment Travel Manager, the ideal candidate is someone who has a broad understanding of the Entertainment industry and Travel.DescriptionThis newly created role requires someone who can support and grow strong relationships with key individuals within the entertainment divisions at Apple. • Knowledge of Entertainment industry, including Production and Press & Publicity travel requirements. • Knowledge of all travel categories (e.g. TMC, air, hotel, rental car, ground transportation, groups and events), suppliers, and best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure. • Work closely with the Global Entertainment Operations Management team to ensure the delivery of concierge level travel services for cast, crew, talent, and supporting staff. • Participate in identifying the training and development of the team. • Support strong and proactive strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure best in class service. • Provide operational and management support during emergency situations. • Provide recommendations to the Entertainment Travel Manager to ensure Travel Program optimization including identifying savings, opportunities, risks and production engagement. • Partner closely with Apple Travel Data and Reporting team to assist in strategic analysis. • Work with global colleagues to create a strong reputation for excellent client service by sharing best practices. • Seek and take action on improvement opportunities. • Domestic and international travel as needed.Minimum QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsAbout the company
