      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate insecticide and fungicide efficacy trials across various vegetable and field crops in Wisconsin
      - Conduct trap collection and placement for research purposes
      - Manage and maintain cultural plots, including planting, weeding, and harvest
      - Collect and enter data, demonstrating proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Interact professionally and courteously with fellow students, researchers, and producer cooperators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a current and continuing undergraduate student at UW Madison
      - Valid driver’s license required
      - Willingness and ability to conduct field research with some manual labor
      - Interest in working outdoors in varying weather conditions
      - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Agricultural background is beneficial, though not essential
      - Previous experience in field research or related activities
