      Job Summary

      Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of new business initiatives, while also providing guidance and mentorship to emerging entrepreneurs within our organization by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering innovation, and accelerating the growth of our organization.

      Essential Functions

      - Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine the organization's strategic direction and business growth plans.
      - Provide guidance and mentorship to early-stage entrepreneurs and startups within the organization.
      - Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry experts, and potential collaborators.
      - Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the organization.
      - Monitor the progress and performance of new ventures, tracking key metrics and milestones.
      - Share insights, expertise, and knowledge with the organization through presentations, workshops, and internal communications.
      - Act as a thought leader and advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation both internally and externally.


      Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required


      Experience

      • Business Administration Experience 2-3 years required and Entrepreneurial Experience 2-3 years required


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
      • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
      • Proven entrepreneurial experience, preferably as a founder, co-founder, or key member of a startup or innovative venture.
