- Collaborate with civil engineers to produce detailed drawings and models.
- Ensure drawings comply with design standards and are accurate.
- Prepare drawings for review and incorporate feedback.
- Support the creation of technical reports, plans, specifications, and related documents.
- Proficiency in Open Roads Designer, MicroStation, Geopak, and ArcGIS.
- Experience in transportation design/drafting, such as roadway design, bridge and tunnel design, or railway systems.
- Familiarity with Bentley software, including MicroStation/GeoPak and Open Roads Designer.
- Knowledge of civil 3D, drafting, and design.
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
- 0-3 years of experience; new graduates with an AS or BS will be considered.

Work closely with civil engineers to produce precise drawings and models using Open Roads Designer (ORD), MicroStation/Geopak, ArcGIS, or other specified software. Ensure all drawings adhere to design standards and are accurate and complete. Prepare drawings for review and feedback, and support the creation of technical reports, plans, specifications, and related documents.

Work Environment
This role is 100% in the office, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement once productivity is demonstrated. You will be working on IDOT projects, such as the IL - I73 in Dixon, IL. The position requires a 40-hour work week, with overtime compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55762.00 - $77584.00/yr.
