In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.

Responsibilities u00A0

You will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During a typical project, you will engage in several activities, including: u00A0

Assess complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach u00A0
Primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights u00A0
Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making u00A0
Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value u00A0

Requirements

The successful life sciences Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:

Undergraduate or Masteru2019s degree in the life sciences to be completed by Summer 2025
Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and club participation
Desire to work for a mission driven organization
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems

The first-year base salary for this position is $92,500.

In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid work model; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training (~6-7 weeks), then 80% in office through the end of month nine (9), then 50% which is the standard in office expectation.
