About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate or 2025 graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across all phases of land development and site design. You’ll begin by supporting a few projects and, over time, grow into managing 10–15 active projects simultaneously, with mentorship from experienced engineers and designers.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop site and land development projects
• Prepare and review plans and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Conduct site assessments and generate technical solutions
• Perform stormwater management and drainage design
• Coordinate with project managers, landscape architects, and other team members
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 0–2+ years of experience in civil/site design (internships welcome)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of stormwater management, wastewater, and site plan development

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Hydraflow Storm Sewers
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• EIT or PE license (or working toward one)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
