- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling and audience engagement
- Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries of relevant articles
- Collaborate with team members on internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Perform research to identify trends and best practices in communication
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
