      Job Title: Environmental Test Technician

      Job Description

      We are seeking an Environmental Test Technician to join our team in Henderson, NV. This entry-level position allows you to gain hands-on experience in the environmental industry without prior experience. You will have the opportunity to advance within 6 to 12 months to a Test Engineer I role.

      This position can require working overtime and regional, overnight travel to client sites as much as Monday-Friday. Company vehicle provided for travel. All travel time, expenses and lodging are paid for by company. Employees typically earn $50,000-$60,000 with overtime their first year.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform air emissions testing and monitoring services at industrial or manufacturing sites.
      • Transport equipment to sites using a company vehicle, set up and dismantle testing equipment.
      • Record data and collect samples during testing.
      • Calibrate testing equipment and assist engineers in air quality testing procedures.
      • Follow environmental, health, and safety protocols.
      • Organize and load testing equipment into vehicles for upcoming jobs.
      • Maintain and clean testing equipment.

      Qualifications

      • B.S. Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field preferred.
      • Previous experience in field testing, maintenance, industrial, or hands-on roles is preferred.
      • Able to travel (regional) as required during the standard work week, Monday-Friday
      • Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 75 lbs.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
